The granulation methods in organic fertilizer production are very important, including disc granulator, drum granulator and flat die granulator, which have their own advantages and limitations. This paper introduce organic fertilizer production line based on the new type organic fertilizer granulator.
It is designed and manufactured by wet granulation process, and is used to granulate fermented animal manure, straw, industrial waste and other organic matter. The granules produced by the machine are spherical, and the compressive strength of the granules is higher than that of the disc and drum granulators. The size and uniformity of the granules can be adjusted according to the user's requirements. The fineness of powder affects granulation. The finer the basic particles are, the higher the sphericity of the particles is, and the better the quality of the pellets is.
The moisture content of granules formed after granulation is too high and the strength is not up to the standard. Drying treatment must be carried out.
Rotary dryer machine: The heat source of the drum dryer comes from the burning device. Material enters the drum body from the inlet. Because of the inclined placement of the drum dryer, the material flows to the back end under the action of gravity and rotation. On the other hand, the material is lifted repeatedly, carried to the upper end and then continuously sprayed down, which fully exchanges heat with the heat flow in the drum. As the material is repeatedly spread, the moisture content is gradually dried, so as to achieve the purpose of drying.
The dried material is transported to the cooler by belt conveyor. The rotary cooler is also a rotary cylinder filled with shovelling plate. Under the action of shovelling plate, the granulated material is lifted to exchange heat with the cold air inhaled from the cylinder, and then cooled to near normal temperature, which further improves the particle strength and reduces moisture content.
Dedusting(cyclone dust room)
Cyclone dust room is mainly used for pre dust removal and separation and recovery of high concentration dust, widely in fertilizer production, chemical dustry, mining, metallurgy, refractories, building matrials.
After cooling, there are powdery materials. Fine powder and large granules are screened out by the screener. Fine powder is directly returned to the mixer, and then participates in the granulation process after mixing with the raw materials through the return belt machine. After crushing, large granules and fine powder are returned to the mixer through the same return belt machine.
Filling the bags, and sealing. After package, the fertilizer can be sold.
