Organic fertilizer combination granulation production line can be used to produce organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer mixtures. Organic compound fertilizer is a kind of fertilizer which contains both organic matter and proper amount of fertilizer. It is a kind of fertilizer which is made by adding proper amount of fertilizer, humic acid, amino acid or beneficial microorganism to the organic fertilizer after fermentation and treated by the equipment of combined granulation production line.

The series of granulation machine is in the original development and production of YSL granulation machine based on the new research and development of a multipurpose wet granulation equipment. It not only improved the original wet continuous pusher granulator in use problems, and in the secondary granulating segment and the stirring teeth, a rotating cylinder method, not only to meet the grain quality requirements, but also to solve the portion of the material due to viscosity and humidity too large and paste wall problem. The machine has uniform feeding part, first granulation section, secondary granulation section, the power part, secondary stirring teeth part, the secondary cylinder driving part, the grain warehouse, frame and other parts of the composition.

Raw materials: animal manure, animal residue, industrial organic waste, straw, mushroom residue, soybean meal, etc.
The raw materials were collected and fermented in fermentation tank. The water content of the raw materials was controlled between 60% and 65%. During fermentation, in order to ensure sufficient oxygen in the material, it is necessary to use the compost turner to turn the material. High temperature fermentation can kill all eggs, weed seeds and harmful bacteria. Fermented compost is black-brown, and the temperature begins to drop to normal temperature.

Granulation
Granulation is an important link in the fertilizer combination granulating production line. Drying
Drum dryer, Cyclone dust collector:In the process of organic fertilizer production, the moisture content of the formed granules generally exceeds the target, which requires drying. Drying is an indispensable and important process in the production of organic fertilizer. It directly affects the output, quality and energy consumption. It is very important to select the type and specification of dryer reasonably and control the technological conditions.

Cooling
Drum cooler: The dried material is sent into the cooler by the belt conveyor for cooling. In the cooling process, the natural air is sent to the cooler by the fan through the pipeline to cool the material. The wind direction in the cooler is countercurrent. The tail gas pumped into the settling chamber by the fan and the pipeline is discharged into the atmosphere after treatment as the drying tail gas.

Screening
Drum Screener, Chain crusher: After cooling, rotary screener machine separate qualified pellet from powder, the remaining large particles are crushed and transported to the granulator together with the screened powder for re-granulation. The production line is equipped with automatic feed-back system, which screens the unqualified large and small particulate materials, re-crushes them and sends them to the granulator to continue granulating, which is helpful to improve the continuous operation ability of the production line.

Coating
Coating machine: The formed particles are transported to the coating machine for coating.

Packing
Automatic Packaging Machine: The coated particles are sent to the packing machine by belt conveyor for packing.
