5. Screening and Material Recycling System: Formed granules pass through an internal screening device; qualified granules are discharged directly, while unqualified granules are recycled for re-granulation.
6. Energy-Efficient Drive Motor: Powers the entire machine; available in multiple models with power ratings ranging from 7.5 kW to 80 kW.
Core components are constructed from wear-resistant high-manganese steel and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, treated with specialized heat processes to ensure durability against wear and corrosion. The working principle of this new type two in one organic fertilizer granulator combines precision with high efficiency. Livestock and poultry manure processing: It flexibly handles decomposed manure from chickens, pigs, and cattle (with a moisture content of 18%-28%) and granulates the material directly after fermentation.
Agricultural by-product granulation: It is highly effective at granulating high-fiber materials that are difficult to process with conventional equipment—such as crop stalks, distillers' grains, spent mushroom substrate, and herbal residues—following fermentation.
Humic acid and municipal sludge: It delivers excellent granulation results for raw materials such as humic acid and municipal sludge.
Organic-inorganic compound fertilizers: Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK) fertilizer powders can be mixed directly into organic powders (with total inorganic nutrients typically ≤30%-40%) for granulation, resulting in uniform, non-stratified granules.
Bio-organic fertilizers: The temperature rise during granulation is controllable (material discharge temperature is generally ≤40-50℃), and liquid microbial agents can be atomized and sprayed during the initial moisture adjustment stage, maximizing the survival rate of spores.
