What equipment is included in a complete organic fertilizer production line?

2026/01/23

A standardized organic fertilizer production line is the core carrier for realizing the resource utilization of waste such as livestock and poultry manure and crop straw, and promoting the large-scale and standardized production of organic fertilizer. A complete set of supporting organic fertilizer production equipment is the key support for the efficient operation of the production line. Each type of equipment performs its specific function and operates collaboratively; none can be missing, ensuring both production efficiency and determining the final quality of the organic fertilizer.

In the raw material processing stage, the core equipment is the raw material crusher and mixer, which are the foundation for organic fertilizer production. The raw materials for the production line are mostly livestock and poultry manure, corn stalks, peanut shells, etc., which need to be crushed to 2-5mm by the raw material crusher to effectively remove impurities such as stones and plastics, facilitating subsequent fermentation and decomposition. The mixer is responsible for precisely mixing the crushed raw materials with composting agents and moisture regulators, strictly controlling the carbon-nitrogen ratio and moisture content, laying a solid foundation for fermentation and composting.
In the fermentation and composting stage, the compost turner is the core key equipment. Common types include windrow type and trough type, which can be flexibly selected according to the production scale. During fermentation, the turning machine needs to periodically turn the material to ensure ventilation and provide sufficient oxygen for microbial reproduction, while also promptly removing harmful gases such as ammonia produced during fermentation. Simultaneously, it precisely controls the fermentation temperature to remain stable above 55℃ for 3-5 days, thoroughly killing pathogens, insect eggs, and weed seeds in the material, effectively shortening the composting cycle and improving composting quality.
In the processing and shaping stage, the equipment configuration includes granulators, dryers, and coolers, directly determining the appearance and ease of use of the organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer granulation machine can be either extrusion or disc type, depending on market demand, to form uniform granules from the loose, composted material, significantly improving the storage and application convenience of the organic fertilizer. The dryer reduces the moisture content of the granules to below 30%, preventing clumping and mold growth during storage. The cooler quickly cools the high-temperature dried granules to room temperature, preventing high temperatures from affecting packaging and product stability, preparing for subsequent packaging.
In the finished product inspection and packaging stage, screening machines, conveyors, and packaging machines are mainly used, representing the final step in controlling product quality. The screening machine filters out large, unqualified particles or impurities, returning them to the crusher for reprocessing to ensure uniform particle size in the finished product. The conveyor system smoothly transports qualified particles to the packaging stage, improving production efficiency. The packaging machine performs quantitative packaging, sealing, and automatically labels the product name, specifications, production date, and other information, completing the final process before the finished product is stored.
A complete organic fertilizer production line, through the coordinated operation of various equipment, achieves the efficient conversion of waste into high-quality organic fertilizer, solving the problem of waste pollution and providing solid equipment support for sustainable agricultural development.
