 The factors of influencing the drum dryer machine of compound fertilizer:
In the drum dryer,the slurry or paste material is dried on the surfance of slowly roating steam heated drum.The material forms a film on the surfance in various ways.Once dired,the film is scraped off and collected,and the products is in the form of a sheet rather than a powder.Different types of general drum drying equipment for compound fertilizer dryers.The design of the coating roll is very important, because the drying performance depends on the thickeness and uniformity of the film.The paste must be able to stick to the surfance of the drum and be easily peeled off after drying.
Firstly,we need to know these features about the drum dryer:
1.Material:Drum dryer is one of fertilizer equipment aand it is  appliable for the water under 65% in the material of cow manure,chicken manure and other animal manure etc.For the new material resource,it can reduce the cost and reduce the environment pollution.
2.The process of the process:
1)We need to put the material that after drying into the hopper by a belt conveyor or a bucket elevator;
2)The feeding machine through the hopper enters the feeding pipeline is greater than the  natural inclination of the feeding pipeline is greater than the natural inclination angle of the material,so that the material smoothly flows into the dryer.
3)The dryer cylinder is a roating cylinder which is slightly inclined with the horizental line.The material is added from the higher end,the heat carrier enters from the lower end,and is in couuntercurrent contact with the material,and the heat carrier and the material are simultaneously flowed into the cylinder.
4)AS the roaing material of the cyclinder is moved to the lower end by the action of gravity,during the forward movement  of the wet material in the cyclider body,the heat supply of the heat carrier is directly or indirectly  obtained,so that the wet material can be dired;
5)Then send out at the discharge end by belt conveyor or screw conveyor.Acopy board is arraged on the inner wall of the cylinder and its function is to copy and sprinkle the material,so that the contact surface of the material and the air flow is increased to increase the drying rate and promote the advancement of the material.The heat carrier is generally classified into hot air,flue gas and the like.
6)After the heat carrier passes through the dryer,the cylone dust collector is generally required to collect the materials in the gas.If you want to further reduce the dust content of the exhaust gas,you should also discharge it after passing the baag filter or the wet dust collector.
There are four main factors that affect drum dryer performance:
1.Steam pressure or heating medium temperature;
2.The speed;
3.Film thickness;
4.Material charcteristic,such as soild content,fluidity and temperature.
The rotary dryer is more suitable for the production of fine hydrate compounds than the hydrated mixture,because the drying temperature can be well controlled.
Commericaally,in order to increase the drying rate of heat sensitive materials such as anti-calf drugs,both the single drum and the double drum are vacuum operated.When production products with proous structure requirements,or when the solvent needs to be recycled and reused,vacuum operation  is also recommended.
When it is desired to recove high boiling solvents such as ethylene or ethylene glycol,the pressure is reduced to lower the boiling point.
