Disc granulation process of sludge bio organic fertilizer

Producing the organic fertilizer granulator or inorganic fertilizer granulator,the fertilizer granulator machine is the main fertilizer equipment.Different series and model fertilizer granulator machines are designed and used in different type fertilizer production line to finish the granulating process using different method.
A brief introduction to the production of sludge bio organic fertilizer by disc granulation process:
1.Send the treated sludge (domestic sludge,industrial sludge,etc.),proper ampunt of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,filler and other qualified raw materials to the raw material mixer in proportion and mix them evenly.
2.Deliver to the disc leveler,and add the evenly mixed materials to the rotating disc of the disc granulator through the continuous rotation of the disc.
3.Spray the treated microbial strains on the materials in the disc through the liquid component distributor of the disc granulator,so that each particle is coated with microbial strains from inside to outside;the roating disc and the edge of the disc produce friction and centrifugal effect on the materials,so that the materials produce circumferential movement,so that the particles rub and squeeze each other,and gradually agglomerate into a ball;because of the particles when the gravity and centrifugal force increase enough to overcome the friction between particles,they will be thrown out of the disk,and the smaller particles will remain in the disk to continue to gather fine particles.
4.Deliver to the biological bacterial fertilizer dryer,and use the large air volume manufacturered by the fan and the low temperature treated by the jet induced draft fan to complete the preliminary drying of the fertilizer.Because of the bacteria,the drying temperature should be strictly controlled under the survival temperature.

5.It is delivered to the hot screening to separate the particles,and the fine particles are directly returned to the disc homogenizer,as the core to continue to participate in the adhesion of particles into the ball.
6.Deliver to the secondary biological fertilizer dryer,and make full use of large air volume and micro amount of heat to dry the fertilizer.
7.Deliver to the organic fertilizer cooler to cool the fertilizer with natural or forced cold air.
8.It is delivered to the finished product screening machine,and the large particles are crushed by the crusher and then returned to the disc leveler for further pelletilizing.
9.The particle surface of the biological bacterial fertilizer which comes out through the dryer will lose a small amount of microbial bacteria,and the microbial bacteria on the particle surface will be supplemented by spraying by the coating machine.
10.Deliver to automatic packing scale for weighing,packing and warehousing.
11.The drying,cooling and workshop dust shall be discharged after three-stage treatment of cyclone,labyrinth dust chamber and wet washing.
