1.Check the fastening condition of each component of the fertilizer granulation machine, check whether the electricity, gas and water supply are normal, and whether the pipeline connection is good.

2.Ensure that the equipment and surrounding environment are clean and in accordance with site requirements.

3.Make sure that the front of the barrel flange and splitter plate are completely clean and install the strainer.

4.Check the oil level of switches, reducer, transmission parts and rotating parts of various electrical components.

5.Check whether each thermocouple is inserted into the mold temperature measuring hole, whether the screw cooling system water valve is open, and check the water level of the cooling water tank. Check that the nose flange connection is tight.
