Working principle of the organic fertilizer granulator for aquaculture manure:

Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment, degassed, spiral pre compressed, and transported to the arc-shaped groove of two rollers. The two rollers rotate at a constant speed and in reverse to bite the materials into the groove and perform forced compression. The pressure borne by the materials after passing through the compression zone gradually decreases, and their surface tension and gravity cause them to naturally detach. They enter the crusher and the whole granulator for crushing and trimming, and then enter the vibrating screen for screening, Qualified products are sent to the finished product warehouse or directly packaged through a conveyor, and the materials under the powder screen are sent back to the raw material warehouse for secondary rolling through a feeding device. The size of the extrusion force can be adjusted by the hydraulic system according to the particle strength needs. By changing the groove form on the roller surface, materials such as sheet, strip, olive, and flat spherical shapes can be obtained.
