1.Cominution and agitation:firstly,the straw should be comminuted to a certain fineness for straw treatment,and then an appropriate amount of poultry manure or sludge and other raw materials must be added to adjust the carbon nitrogen ratio and water content of composting materials,or add strains and enzymes.
2.The fermentation of straw raw materials processed by the organic fertilizer production equipment is mainly divided into two stages:the first stage is pre fermentation,which can be carried out in the open air or in the fermentation device.Through the forced ventilation of the turnover pile,oxygen is supplied to the stacking layer or the fermentation device.The main fermentation period of aerobic composting is about 3-10 days with straw as the main body to add livestock manure.The second stage in the fertilizer manufacturing process is post fermentation.The semi-finished products after the main fermentation are sent to the post fermentation process.The easily decomposed organics and the relatively difficult organics which have not been decomposed in the main fermentation process are further decomposed into stable organics such as humic acid and amino acid,so as to obtain the fully decomposed organic fertilizer products.The post fermentation time is usually more than 20-30 days.
3.Further processing:after treatment,it can be further dried and crushed as required,and then processed into special organic and inorganic compound fertilizer for crops.
4.Storage:storage compost is generally used in spring autumn,and must be stored in  summer and winter.The storage method can be directly stored in fermentation tank or bag,which requires drying and ventilation.
