Process flow and equipment composition of cattle manure organic fertilizer production line

In recent years, with the large-scale and intensive development of beef cattle and dairy cattle breeding, the pollution of breeding wastes to the surrounding human living environment, atmosphere and soil has become increasingly serious. Compared with the traditional breeding mode, i.e. the scattered breeding mode of small families, the large-scale and intensive breeding mode not only improves the production efficiency by using the economies of scale, but also causes a large concentration of breeding wastes. Improper treatment of breeding wastes will bring great harm to the surrounding natural environment and the health of residents. Taking Xinjiang as an example, the number of cattle in stock in 2013 was 3.7114 million, the daily excretion of feces of an adult lactating cow was 25-30kg, and the daily excretion of feces of a beef cow was about 25kg. Based on the average daily excretion of feces of each cow, the total amount of cattle feces produced in Xinjiang in 2013 was 33.8665 million tons, while the comprehensive utilization rate of breeding wastes was only 10%. In view of this, it is an urgent problem to carry out the comprehensive recycling of breeding wastes and realize the ecological breeding mode of planting and breeding.

According to the difference of organic matter content, total nutrients, moisture and pH value of organic fertilizer, organic fertilizer can be divided into refined organic fertilizer, organic compound fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer. Refined organic fertilizer, organic compound fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer.

Current situation of organic fertilizer production line: the production process of organic fertilizer is generally different according to the production scale. Large scale farms and specialized organic fertilizer production enterprises can adopt the commercial organic fertilizer production process to realize the commercial utilization of breeding wastes through the complete organic fertilizer production process. The medium-sized farms can produce powdered organic fertilizer, eliminating the granulation, packaging and other technological processes. The mode of combining planting and breeding is adopted, and the organic fertilizer is directly fertilized or used as bedding material to realize the self circulation of manure and urine in the farms and achieve the purpose of resource utilization of breeding wastes. Small scale farms can adopt simple organic fertilizer production lines such as natural compost or strip compost to reduce the input of facilities and equipment and realize the purpose of reducing environmental pollution and resource utilization of breeding wastes.

The key equipment of the organic fertilizer production line is fermentation equipment and solid-liquid separation equipment. Other common equipment includes granulation, crushing and mixing, screening, packaging and other equipment.
