A.Firstly,Reasonable selection of raw materials,for example,selecting raw materials thaat are not easy to agglomerate as raw materials for our production,such as microelement foilar fertilizer,with iron,copper,manganese,zing,sulfate,boric acid and ammonium molybdate as  raw materials,with magnesium sulfate as the main additive,dry main materials,less agglomerate when the air is not too wet,humic acid as the main raw materials and amino acid as the main raw materials.The fertilizer with acid as the main raw materials is not easy to agglomerate.In addition,choose dry materials as much as possible.
B.Choosing a suitable production time.Because most of China belongs to the north temperate zone,the rainy season is mostly concentrated in June,July,August and the time with high temperature is also concentrated in this time,so the probability of fertilizer production in spring,late autumn and in winter is lower.This is because the air humity is small and the temperature is not high,which is not conducive to agglomeration.
C.Add some anti caking agents,such as talcum powder,humic acid and other powders,which are not easy to caking materials,and they play a role of bridge breaking in the middle.Some surfactants can also be added to prevent caking.
D.Reasonable packaging shall be adopted to prevent extrusion.Packaging materials shall mainly prevent moisture absorption and air permeability.Excessive extrusion shall be prevented during transportation and storage,and caking shall also be prevented effectively.
E.Granulation technology which is used to make the fertilizer into granulator using the fertilizer granulator machine,can prevent agglomeration,becaause the contact area between the particles of the rounf particles is small,it is not easy to crystallize and agglomerate.Therefore,if conditions permit,granulation is a way to prevent rapid agglomeration.
