In addition, static electricity, slipping of running bio organic fertilizer production equipment, friction overheating and sparks generated by collision are also relevant factors causing explosion.

Explosion proof measures for organic fertilizer equipment:

1. Organic fertilizer equipment shall be equipped with highly sensitive overload protection device, automatic material level monitoring, automatic shutdown, automatic switching and other control systems and display alarm devices to prevent dust overflow, material blockage, material overflow and other situations.

2. There should be effective emergency exhaust system in the organic fertilizer equipment and plant, and the exhaust system should be connected with each equipment in the process flow (especially the pulverizer, conveying equipment, mixer, etc.). The fertilizer plant should have a good dust removal system, and the dust raising part should be equipped with an air suction hood. The site with a lot of dust shall be closed to control the dust concentration in the operation area below the explosive concentration limit.

3. The layout of organic fertilizer equipment shall consider the safe passage, and the daily production shall keep the passage unblocked; The whole plant is equipped with evacuation alarm channels to enable the staff of the whole plant to hear or see signals.
