Four double-roller press granulators, along with horizontal mixers and a full set of accessories, have been packed into containers and are ready for shipment to Malaysia to support a local organic fertilizer processing project.

The on-site loading process strictly adhered to export shipping standards. The equipment was wrapped in stretch film to protect against moisture and scratches, and secured at multiple points within the containers to prevent damage from movement during ocean transport. Wear-prone parts—such as pressure rollers and seals—as well as installation tools, were individually packaged and shipped alongside the main machinery to ensure the client has what is needed for future maintenance and operation.
The core equipment in this shipment—the double-roller press granulator—utilizes dry granulation technology. It extrudes dry powder directly into granules, resulting in high granule strength and efficient production. The accompanying horizontal ribbon mixer thoroughly blends organic materials like palm residue and livestock manure, conditioning the feedstock to meet the requirements of the granulation process. The entire system is easy to operate and maintain, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized fertilizer enterprises in Malaysia.
