Fertilizer production line of drum granulator with controllable npk content

2020-12-07
The annual output of this five bin rotary drum granulation fertilizer production line can reach more than 100000 tons. The automatic production of the fertilizer production line has the characteristics of flexible NPK fertilizer formula, simple operation of equipment, less investment and quick return.

The fertilizer production machines of the production line include batching system, crusher, rotary drum granulator, dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine and packaging machine. Auxiliary equipment has belt conveyor, hot air stove, dust removal room.

The equipment function of the drum granulated fertilizer production line:
1. Raw material batching system: urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, heavy calcium, ordinary calcium), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other raw materials are equipped in a certain proportion ( According to market demand and local soil testing results).
2. Mixer: Stir the prepared raw materials evenly to increase the uniform fertilizer efficiency content of the overall fertilizer particles.
3. Rotary drum granulator: Feed the evenly stirred raw materials into the drum granulator for granulation.
4. Dryer: Send the granules made by the granulator to the dryer to dry the moisture contained in the granules to increase the strength of the granules and facilitate storage.
5. Cooling machine: The temperature of dried fertilizer particles is too high and easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is convenient for bagging storage and transportation.
6. Screening machine: The cooled particles are classified, the unqualified particles are crushed and re-granulated, and the qualified products are screened out.
7. Coating machine: Coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of the particles.
8. Packing machine: Pack the film-coated particles, that is, the finished product, and store them in a ventilated place.
