1. When using the new machine for the first time, take 10 kilograms of grass powder (or sawdust) and 2 kilograms of fine sand, add (about 1.5 kilograms) vegetable oil or waste oil (note: it can also be replaced by grinding materials with high oil content), and mix well. Turn the gap adjustment screw until the gap between the roller and the template is between 0.1 and 0.3 millimeters. Make the two pressure rollers rotate at the same speed. Gradually add oily materials and repeatedly squeeze the squeezed particles to ensure smooth lubrication of the membrane hole. Then slowly add the required mixed materials for processing. If you feel that the membrane hole resistance is high, the production is low, or there is no discharge, you can repeatedly grind the membrane plate according to the above method to ensure smooth lubrication of the membrane hole before proceeding with processing;

2. Install the granulator stably, adjust whether the belt tightness and rotation direction are normal, and whether the screws at each part are loose. Loosen the gap adjusting screw on the roller shaft seat, so that the machine can be put into use after it is started normally without load;

3. Start the machine after adding Hyperbola Gear oil to the gearbox;

4. In the Organic fertilizer production line, if there are more refined fibers in the material processing, about 5% water should be added. If there are more refined fibers in the mixed material, the amount of water can be reduced as appropriate, and this water will be used in the extrusion process;

5. After processing, loosen the gap adjustment screws. Keep the roller in a free state, and after stopping, remove the dirt from the upper and lower storage materials, especially the remaining materials under the swing plate, to avoid damaging the bearings.
