During the production of organic fertilizer, the formed particles still have about 30% moisture. Excessive moisture affects the particle strength and is easy to crush during packaging and transportation. On the other hand, excessive moisture is easy to mildew and deteriorate during storage. Therefore, the organic fertilizer should be dried in time to evaporate the excess moisture.

The dryer in the organic fertilizer equipment is specially designed for the production of organic fertilizer. The whole machine is cylindrical and uses a special scraping device inside to avoid the phenomenon of materials sticking to the equipment. It is mainly composed of drum crushing dryer, combustion furnace, feed screw, discharge screw, transmission pipeline, dust collector, induced draft fan and control cabinet. It is widely used in organic fertilizer, building materials, metallurgy, beneficiation and other industries. It has advanced production technology and adopts high-temperature rapid drying process, with large heat transfer coefficient, high thermal efficiency and high strength.

After the dryer in the organic fertilizer equipment starts to work, the equipment starts to rotate with the power provided by the motor. The raw materials are directly sent to the drum dryer by the feed screw, and are repeatedly picked up and dispersed by the guide plate on the inner wall of the drum. The hot air stove transmits the hot gas to the inside of the equipment. After being dispersed, the materials are fully combined with the hot gas inside the equipment, and the materials are slowly moved from the feeding end to the discharge port under the action of the inclination angle of the drum and the induced air, and finally discharged by the discharge screw. The tail gas is discharged into the atmosphere after dedusting by the dust collector. In the process of drying wet materials, the organic fertilizer dryer will stir at high speed to fully combine the materials with hot gas and fully evaporate the water in the materials, which greatly increases the contact area between the materials and the heat medium, which is conducive to the rapid drying process.
