The dryer uses hot air penetration drying to reduce the moisture content of the granules to below 8% to prevent caking and deterioration during storage; the cooler uses cold air circulation to quickly cool down to avoid nitrogen volatilization caused by high temperature and retain fertilizer nutrients to the maximum extent.
Finally, the screener machine and the coating machine complete the quality upgrade. The unqualified granules separated by the screening machine are returned to the granulator for reprocessing to improve the utilization rate of raw materials; the qualified granules enter the coating machine and are evenly coated with a layer of anti-caking agent to extend the shelf life of the fertilizer. The automatic packaging machine at the end quickly packs according to specifications to achieve standardized delivery.
