To meet the investment needs of small and medium-sized organic fertilizer processing plants, Huaqiang Heavy Industry has introduced a modular powdered organic fertilizer production line. Its core configuration includes a loader-feeding hopper, chain crusher, drum screener, double-shaft paddle mixer, and powdered fertilizer packaging machine. Featuring a short installation and commissioning period and rapid time-to-market, it is a popular choice for manure resource utilization projects.

At the production site, a loader feeds material directly into the hopper, eliminating the need for manual feeding and significantly saving labor. The hopper conveys material at a controlled rate to the chain crusher; the chain-based crushing mechanism efficiently breaks up clumps in the composted manure. The crushed material then enters the rotary screen, where impurities such as stones and fibers are removed to ensure product quality. Screened material of the correct size enters the double-shaft paddle mixer, where biological inoculants are added according to the formula; thorough mixing ensures that every batch contains sufficient beneficial microorganisms. Finally, the mixed powdered organic fertilizer is conveyed to the packaging machine for automatic quantitative bagging and sealing, producing a finished product ready for transport and sale.
The entire production line features a modular design with equipment connected by belt conveyors, ensuring simple installation and ease of operation. Huaqiang Heavy Industry provides one-stop services, including on-site installation guidance and operator training. The line accommodates a wide range of raw materials, including cow, sheep, and chicken manure, as well as straw and humic acid. The resulting powdered organic fertilizer has a high organic matter content; it is ideal for use as a base fertilizer and helps alleviate soil compaction. With a moderate investment threshold, this solution is perfect for livestock farms implementing manure treatment systems or for organic fertilizer startups. It enables farms to treat manure safely and convert waste into marketable organic fertilizer, thereby generating additional revenue.
