Taking a four-bin batching machine as an example, the complete automatic batching process is as follows:

Recipe Input: Operators enter recipe data for each bin via the touchscreen (e.g., 50 kg for Bin 1, 40 kg for Bin 2, 10 kg for Bin 3).

Sequential Dispensing: The automatic control system begins with Bin 1 and proceeds sequentially to Bins 2 and 3. The system automatically opens the corresponding bin discharge mechanisms (such as pneumatic valves and conveyors) to feed material into the batching weigh hopper.

Real-time Monitoring: The system monitors weight data from the batching weigh hopper in real time. To balance speed and accuracy, the feeding process typically employs a two-stage control strategy: a high flow rate is used initially to approach the target quickly (coarse feed), and the system switches to a low flow rate (fine feed) as the accumulated weight nears the setpoint, approaching the target value more slowly to minimize the risk of overshooting.

Switching and Shut-off: Once the weight in the hopper reaches the setpoint, the system automatically closes the current bin's discharge mechanism and proceeds to the next bin, continuing sequentially according to bin number.

Completion Notification: After materials from all bins have been dispensed, the control system automatically activates a buzzer or warning light to notify workers that the batching process is complete.

Mixing and Conveying: After the materials are blended in the mixing hopper, they are automatically discharged via a belt conveyor.
