The mixer are mainly composed of a power motor,a transmission mechanism,a dtirring device,a feeding member,a discharging deveice and the like.According to the installation position of a horizontal mixer and a vertical mixer.According to the number of the stirring shaft,it can be divided into a single-shaft mixer and a double--shaft mixer.

Vertical mixer
Unlike the horizontal mixer,which uses a cyclindrical gear reducer,the vertical mixer has a vertical cycloidal reducer.The mixing chamber has a low cylindrical structure,and the material is laid into a thin layer,so the required power is not very large,and it is more suitable for the stirring of the fertilizer raw materials.Because the fertilizer raw material and its easy moisture absorption,and has a certain viscosity,it is easy to stick to the wall of the disk during production ,forming a dense material bonding layer,resulting in a large interal friction of the machine,so that the blending mixer is subjected to excessive load.In order to avoid  the impact of motor overload on the production ,the feeding port is equipped with a movable protective neet to prevent too much material from entering the mixer on the one hand,and as a safety precaution to prevent accidents during operation.The inside of the soil can also be lined with plastic plates to reduce the material adhesion and friction,and it is not easy to cause the plate body to rust and prolong the service life of the whople machine.
Horizontal mixers and vertical mixers have different adaptability to various materials due to different design methods.In the family of fertilizer production equipment,horizontal mixers are used in organic fertilizer production lines,while vertical mixers mostly used in compound fertilizer prodduction line,for example,in the production of pelletizing granulators,but as a user what kind of mixer is used,you also need to choose according to your own material type.
